Casa Terrazza is the largest of the three: joined to the main house but with an entrance of its own from the street, two floors, three bedrooms with a view of the lake and a private terrace with a gazebo.
The ground floor is for living: the semi-professional kitchen, with five burners and two sinks, opens onto the dining area under the vaulted ceiling; next to it are the living room with two sofas, the laundry room and a guest WC. The first floor is for sleeping: three bedrooms linked by a small terrace, and the full bathroom.
It is designed for those staying at least a month: a summer on the lake, a work posting with the family, a spell between one home and the next.
